This virtual CE training will explore how accessing the unconscious mind can significantly enhance therapeutic outcomes. Participants will learn integrative approaches that support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change by addressing the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system. This training is designed to be clinically grounded, practical, and empowering for therapists seeking to deepen their impact with fast, lasting change.

Earn (2) CE Credits

This course meets the qualifications for 2 of hours continuing education credits for LMFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Educational Goal:

1. Increase clinicians’ understanding of the role of the unconscious mind in shaping emotional patterns, somatic responses, and therapeutic outcomes across a range of client presentations.

2. Expand therapists’ integrative skill set by introducing evidence-informed approaches that engage the unconscious mind to support whole-person healing (mind, body, and nervous system).

3. Enhance clinical effectiveness and confidence by equipping participants with practical strategies that facilitate deeper, more efficient, and longer-lasting client change beyond talk-based interventions alone.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Identify at least three ways the unconscious mind influences emotional regulation, trauma responses, and behavioral patterns in clinical practice.

2. Describe and apply at least two integrative therapeutic techniques that engage the unconscious mind to support whole-person healing and nervous system regulation.

3. Demonstrate how to ethically and clinically integrate unconscious-based interventions into treatment planning to enhance therapeutic outcomes while remaining within scope of practice
