The North County Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning (LGBTQ) Resource Center training is a 2-hour workshop that promotes safety, inclusion and well being for LGBTQ patients, employees and clients in general.
Well-trained staff that effectively implement LGBTQ and gender inclusive practices are the foundation of a safe work environment, and it is of a great advantage to the population we serve. Creating a more accepting, inclusive, and diverse work environment teaches people how to recognize and resist stereotypes.This course meets the qualifications for 2.0 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
