Thank you for your interest in joining the San Diego North County Chapter of CAMFT! Membership categories are as follows: Licensed Clinical Member (Voting Members) - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (must also maintain membership with State CAMFT) Prelicensed Member & Students: AMFT (Voting Members) – Students enrolled in an MFT Graduate program, MFT Trainees, or AMFT (must also maintain membership with State CAMFT) Affiliate Member (Non-Voting Members) - LPCC, LCSW, Attorneys, probation officers, schools, organizations, community members, professionals in a related field. Prelicensed Member & Students: Non MFT(Non-Voting Members) – Students enrolled in a NON MFT graduate program (i.e. social work), trainees, or Associates (non-AMFT) (must also maintain membership with State CAMFT) |
Per CAMFT guidelines, to become a member of SDNC-CAMFT, a person must maintain a membership with CAMFT. Register to become a CAMFT member today!

- Continuing Education (CE) credits: CEs via Chapter Meeting Trainings and CAMFT presentations including Law & Ethics, Suicide Assessment & Prevention, and the newly required 3-hour mental health services provided via Telehealth.
- Community and Connection with Colleagues: through newsletters from the chapter and CAMFT, monthly chapter meetings, networking events, and SIGs.

- BBS: Access to BBS news, updates, changes, and the licensing process.
- Pre-Licensed Support: Members can join Team 3000. a specialized focus for pre-licensed members to support their learning, identification of internship/associate opportunities, networking with licensed colleagues who can provide support and perspective in the field.
