Protocol for attendees who MISSED portions of LIVE events in order to obtain full CE credits---Response from CEPA: "The chapter should allow the participant to watch a recorded video of what was missed and ask the participant to complete test questions to receive CE credit."
Refunds/Cancellations
Requests for refunds must be received in writing by SDNC CAMFT before 3 days prior to the event. There will be no refunds on requests received after 3 days prior to the event. There will be no refunds given after the event, for no shows, denial of CEs or dissatisfaction of an in person or online event. No refunds on membership will be provided. The Board of Directors has discretion to issue refunds that do not comply with the policy. SDNC CAMFT does not provide credits. If you notice a balance on your membership account, please reach out to admin@sdnc.com.
Returned Checks
A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for returned checks.
Grievances
While SDNC-CAMFT works hard to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, occasionally issues may come to the attention of the SDNC-CAMFT Board, which will require intervention and/or action on the part of the Board. Grievances should be put in writing and mailed to the board at SDNC-CAMFT, 970 W Valley Pkwy #101, Escondido, CA 92025.
Special Needs
Facilities for Live Events are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you have a special need and plan to attend any meeting, please email admin@sdnc-camft.org with your specific request. Please allow as much advance notice as possible to ensure we have ample opportunity to meet your needs.
