Event Policies

SDNC-CAMFT is a CAMFT approved CE-Provider, 128622

Attendance for CE credit

Protocol for attendees who MISSED portions of LIVE events in order to obtain full CE credits---Response from CEPA: "The chapter should allow the participant to watch a recorded video of what was missed and ask the participant to complete test questions to receive CE credit."

Refunds/Cancellations

Email admin@sdnc-camft.org with your request for a refund at least 48 hours prior to the start time of any meeting. If you are unable to attend an event in which you have pre-registered, we would appreciate emailing our admin to notify us ahead of time so we can make your seat available for someone else to be able to attend.

Returned Checks

A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for returned checks.

Grievances

While SDNC-CAMFT works hard to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, occasionally issues may come to the attention of the SDNC-CAMFT Board, which will require intervention and/or action on the part of the Board. Grievances should be put in writing and mailed to the board at SDNC-CAMFT, 970 W Valley Pkwy #101, Escondido, CA 92025.

Special Needs

Facilities for Live Events are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you have a special need and plan to attend any meeting, please email admin@sdnc-camft.org with your specific request. Please allow as much advance notice as possible to ensure we have ample opportunity to meet your needs.

How to Register for Events

For chapter members:

1. Login to your SDNC-CAMFT member account using the button in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage.
2. Go to the Events page.
3. Select the event you would like to register for.
4. Click on the "Register" button.
5. Click on the "Next" button.
6. Select the "SDNC Member" option and click on the "Next" button.
7. Verify that all of your information is correct and click on the "Next" button.
8. Click on the "Confirm" button.
9. You will now see the event confirmation page and will receive an email confirming registration as well.

For non-chapter members:

1. Go to sdnc-camft.org (this link will open in a new tab).
2. Go to the Events page.
3. Select the event you would like to register for.
4. Click on the "Register" button.
5. Enter your email address to receive verification emails.
6. Pass the CAPTCHA security check test, then click the "Next" button.
7. Select the "Non-Member" option and click on the "Next button.
8. Enter all of your registration information and click on the "Next" button.
9. Click on the "Pay Online" button and follow the steps to enter your credit card information.
10. After submitting your payment information, you will now see the event confirmation page and will receive an email confirming registration as well.
