Long Practice Description
What Can I Expect From Therapy?
During our sessions, we will have discussions about personal issues which may bring to the surface uncomfortable emotions such as anger, guilt, and sadness. I understand that talking about difficult experiences and emotions can be uncomfortable and even scary. The benefits, however, of counseling can far outweigh any discomfort encountered during the process. Some of the possible benefits are improved personal relationships, reduced feelings of emotional distress, less physical pain, and improved problem-solving strategies. While I cannot guarantee these benefits, it is my desire, to work with you to attain your personal goals for counseling.

My fee includes the time we spend in session as well as the time I spend preparing for our work together. Planning for sessions may include research, exploring additional strategies, documenting your progress and updating your treatment plan.
