An overview of perinatal mental health practices for clinicians who are interested in learning about screening/assessment with this population, women's health care systems (mental health and medical), service gaps/systemic issues within perinatal mental health, and mental health concerns regarding fertility/TTC, pregnancy, delivery, postpartum, pregnancy/infant loss and trauma. This workshop will discuss treatment options for clinicians and share what clinicians need to know about this population. Additionally, resources for this population will be provided for referrals and treatment team engagement.

Tracy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. She has a group practice where she specializes in working with individuals who have experiences of trauma, depression, anxiety, reproductive mental health, perinatal mental health, maternal mental health, paternal mental health, grief, loss, life transitions, and relational challenges, to name a few.
Tracy brings both lived and clinical experience to her practice. After her own experiences, Tracy has become a fierce advocate of maternal mental health, with the goal 0f supporting and empowering other women and families.
In addition to her love of mental health, Tracy is an avid reader and writer. Her articles have appeared on her mental health blog and other public forums, such as Scary Mommy and Share.
