EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and Attachment Injuries

Speaker: Dr. Mark A. Kaupp, LMFT

In this presentation, an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) perspective will be applied to attachment injuries.  A brief overview of EFT and the theoretical underpinnings of the model will be discussed and then applied to the process of helping couples recover from devastating ruptures in their relationship.  Various attachment injuries will be discussed and explained through the lens of an injury to the relationship's emotion bond.  Pre-registration is required.

Dr. Mark A.
