EVENT POLICY INFORMATION

SDNC-CAMFT is a CAMFT approved CE-Provider, 128622.  View our Provider Certificate.

Registration Fees

When registering for a meeting, registration fees can be paid online with a credit card or by check/cash at the door when checking in for a meeting.  Please note, we are not able to accept credit cards for payment at the meeting. 

Refunds/Cancellations

Email our admin with your request for a refund at least 48 hours prior to the start time of any meeting.  If you are unable to attend an event in which you have pre-registered, we would appreciate emailing our admin to notify us ahead of time so we can make your seat available for someone else to be able to attend.   

Returned Checks

A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for returned checks. 

Grievances

SDNC-CAMFT works hard to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the SDNC-CAMFT Board which will require intervention and/or action on the part of the Board.  Grievances should be put in writing and mailed to the board at SDNC-CAMFT, PO Box 580, Carlsbad, CA 92018.   

Special Needs

Facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you have a special need and plan to attend any meeting, please email admin with your specific request.  Please allow as much advance notice as possible to ensure we have ample opportunity to meet your needs.
